MyLowe's Rewards Launch

As Production Lead for the launch of MyLowe's Rewards, I directed a multidisciplinary team of producers, agency partners, and production companies to bring Lowe's new loyalty platform to market. From creative development through final delivery, I oversaw the production of a national television campaign that introduced millions of customers to the program and established its voice, value, and customer promise.

The work required aligning diverse stakeholders, managing complex production workflows, and maintaining a high creative standard under ambitious timelines. The result was a cohesive launch campaign that helped introduce one of Lowe's most important customer-facing initiatives and reinforced the brand's commitment to delivering value and engagement at scale.
